Warranty Coverage
Additionally, warranty coverage depends on the specific product and we list the details on each product page.
- Typical warranty range: 1–3 years, depending on the product category and model.
- The warranty period starts on the date of delivery (or the order date if delivery date is unavailable).
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal use.
What is covered
- Product failure due to defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature failure under normal operating conditions
- Issues that our support team has verified based on troubleshooting steps
What is not covered
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Electrical issues such as overvoltage, incorrect power supply, or wiring faults

- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage
- Modifications, repairs, or disassembly not authorized by Aglare USA
How to request warranty support
To file a warranty claim, email info@aglareusa.com and include:
- Order number
- Product name/model
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the installation and how the product was used
If approved, we may offer (at our discretion): a replacement unit or parts, store credit, or repair guidance.

Returns & Exchanges (Retail Orders)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can therefore request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This LED lighting warranty and returns policy applies to retail orders placed directly through Aglare USA.
Eligible returns
You must return products unused and in original condition, in original packaging when possible, and complete with all accessories, controllers, adapters, or included parts.
Non-returnable items
For safety and product integrity, Aglare USA does not accept these items for return: custom or made-to-order products (including custom LED letters/signage), clearance/final-sale items, items damaged after delivery due to installation or misuse, and opened/used electrical components where resale is not possible.
Return process
1. Email info@aglareusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and, if approved, an RMA/return authorization.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund timing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Return shipping
If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item or defective on arrival), we will assist with return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If your order arrives damaged or not working, however, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aglareusa.com and include photos of the packaging and product plus a short video if applicable. We will work with you quickly to provide a replacement, parts, or another resolution.
